Acer: PC industry ‘disappointed’ with Vista

This, unfortunately, is the truth…

“Acer president Gianfranco Lanci became the first major PC manufacturer to openly attack Microsoft over the Windows Vista operating system in the Financial Times Deutschland on Monday.”

As much as I wish it wasn’t, this is pretty much how it is - Vista has been a huge disappointment to the Industry and this guy is just telling it how it is. I’m not sure what, if anything, Microsoft can actually do about it at this stage, but clearly they need to do something in the relatively near future. Perhaps SP1 needs to be more of a point release…
