With the announcement and release of the iPhone SDK and Enterprise support, the game has changed again. This is a hugely positive step from Apple and reinforces the fact that they are listening to users and the market in general. But who will get access to them?

Chris Pirillo (TechTV veteran and vidcaster) has obviously been doing some rather deep thinking recently. In fact, he managed to come up with 50 reasons to switch from Windows to a Mac - and he has switched - after years of personal commitment to the Windows platform.

With the release of the Macbook Air, Apple is striking new ground in the move away from ‘wires’. Instead, a completely wire-less approach is apparently now ‘plat du jour’ - and clearly, this approach is focused on driving revenue opportunities from downloads (starting of course, with Movie Rentals). So rather than in-built super-slim Blu-ray drives, perhaps Apple’s next round of Macbooks and Macbook Pros won’t have in-built optical drives at all?

I suppose its no surprise to find out that one of my work colleagues has asked me to ‘help’ him unlock his recently purchased (from the US) iPhone? Of course, what this means is that he openly admits he has no clue technically and I will be the one doing ALL the work. But is he just the tip of a rather large iceberg?
