Boycott Windows Vista - Dutch Consumers’ Association

AMSTERDAM – The Consumers’ Association (Consumentenbond) has called on consumers when purchasing a new computer to explicitly ask for the operating system Windows XP. New PCs come standard with Windows XP’s successor Windows Vista but there are many complaints about Microsoft’s latest OS.
Its pretty grim when a Consumers’ Association wades in to specifically recommend against your product. Just another indicator that Vista continues to be a thorn in Microsoft’s side while they desperately hope that SP1 will turn the tide. I’m not so convinced yet…
