1.1.3 Jailbreak Works (for early BootLoader iPhones)

Mad as I was to try so quickly after it was released, I did. And, on my previously jailbroken and unlocked (IPSF) 1.1.2 phone, it worked. Flawlessly (for me at least). Hats off to Nate True and the Dev Team! Fantastic work!

If you have a more recent iPhone (serial number with digits 4 and 5 greater than ‘44′), you will most likely have the latest ‘Bootloader‘ installed (4.6). This one small change by Apple is proving to be quite a show-stopper for would-be unlockers…

In order to assist a colleague, I took the plunge and ordered one of the new Black StealthSIMs from iPhoneStealth.ca. I am happy to report that it eventually arrived over the holiday break (via Fedex) and seems to work perfectly!
